About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner, Light Duty to join our team at 1397113 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our facilities maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Ensure all floors are clean and free of debris, using a variety of cleaning solutions and equipment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust all furniture and fixtures, and polish floors and surfaces to a high shine.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum all carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture, and clean kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and professional manner.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Work Environment

As a Cleaner, Light Duty, you will work in a variety of settings, including apartment/condominium complexes, office buildings, and commercial buildings. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
