Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Heavy Lifting and Moving: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervision and Safety: Work with minimal supervision and perform regular safety and security checks to prevent accidents.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, flexibility, organization, and reliability are essential for this role.
Work Environment
