Job Title: Accounting Firm Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Firm Manager to join our team at Canadian Global Tax Inc.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Firm Manager will be responsible for leading our accounting team and overseeing the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial services, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial and tax advice to clients and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our accounting practices are current and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
