Job Title: Accounting Firm Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Firm Manager to join our team at Canadian Global Tax Inc.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Firm Manager will be responsible for leading our accounting team, providing financial guidance, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the accounting team, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including the preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
