Job Title: Accounting Firm Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Firm Manager to join our team at Canadian Global Tax Inc.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Firm Manager will be responsible for leading our accounting team, providing financial and business advice to clients, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our accounting standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 accounting professionals
  • Provide financial and business advice to clients
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting standards and procedures
  • Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures
  • Prepare tax returns and financial statements
  • Manage and maintain financial records and accounts
  • Develop and implement accounting systems and procedures
  • Represent the company in various economic and social organizations
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in accounting and financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of accounting software and systems
