Strategic Director, Visa Consulting and Analytics

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is a leading provider of strategic consulting services to Visa's network clients. We are seeking a highly experienced Director to join our consulting practice and play a key role in developing high-impact projects for Visa's clients in the North America region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy consulting, data analytics, and business development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and solutions to clients. They will be responsible for leading consulting initiatives, identifying opportunities with merchants and co-brand partners, and building solutions that drive growth and profitability for Visa's clients.
The Director will work closely with Visa's MSS teams to develop and implement projects and solutions that meet the needs of Visa's clients. They will also be responsible for building enduring relationships with internal and external clients, and for providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients across the Visa organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagement by identifying potential opportunities with merchants and co-brand partners.
- Build solutions and actionable insights that will help clients to grow their portfolios and merchant engagement in their core business.
- Produce insights, analyses and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the verticals and segments.
- Ability to effectively manipulate and analyze large data sets (industry and Visa) to determine meaningful insights and recommendations for clients.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.
- 5+ years of relevant experience at large management consulting firm or as a leader of large Co-brand portfolios.
- Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
- Technology mindset, curious, up-to-date with digital trends and applications.
