About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Commercial Lending to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the commercial mortgage finance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our commercial mortgage lending business
  • Lead a team of mortgage finance professionals to deliver exceptional client service and drive business results

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in commercial mortgage lending or a related field
