Residential Leasing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Residential Leasing Coordinator to join our leasing team at Pacific Cove Properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing the leasing process, assisting the Leasing Manager, and providing exceptional service to our future residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and register visitors/prospective residents as guests.
- Establish rapport with visitors/prospective residents, gathering information about their current living situation and rental preferences.
- Respond to inbound communications from online rental advertisements in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and organization in our rental offices and display suites.
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry and emailing daily reports.
- Document all prospective tenant interactions in our database or software.
- Open and close display suites as needed.
- Distribute Rental Centre signage with balloons.
- Represent Pacific Cove Properties in a professional manner.
- Coordinate team appointment schedules and follow up with prospects to schedule appointments.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook (CRM experience a bonus).
- Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Physical fitness to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs when necessary.
