Senior Project Manager

Join Trinity Consultants - Advent Engineering, a leading engineering and consulting firm, in Montreal, Quebec. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our facility expansion projects in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
