About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Developing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables;
  • Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Providing project status updates and reports to stakeholders, including project sponsors and senior management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science;
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams;
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid;
  • Knowledge of project management tools and technologies, such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira;
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
