\t\u2022 Process and manage contractor pay – data entry, contract management and payment to contractors on bi-monthly basis
\t\u2022 Process and manage log sales invoicing & reconciliations
\t\u2022 Prepare accruals and process payments relating to stumpage & waste
\t\u2022 Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly & annual financial entries
\t\u2022 Manage marine data tracking and marine services invoicing
\t\u2022 Process accounts receivable transactions
\t\u2022 Assist with internal recurring reports, along with ad hoc and statutory reporting
\t\u2022 Assist and provide backup support to other accounting staff as required

\t\u2022 Post-secondary education in Accounting or Business
\t\u2022 Forest industry experience
\t\u2022 Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook

\t\u2022 Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
\t\u2022 Strong problem solving, and critical thinking skills
\t\u2022 Ability and self-motivation to work independently
