About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Manager to join our team at the Institute of IT Training Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily IT operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily IT operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for IT operations
  • Plan and organize daily IT operations to meet business objectives
  • Recruit and manage IT staff to ensure the right skills and expertise are in place
  • Authorize the development of IT specifications for products or services
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
  • Manage IT incidents and ensure timely resolution
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing IT support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be expected to demonstrate flexibility and initiative in their work.
