Job Summary

The Program Support Specialist will assist teachers in delivering engaging programs, ensuring operational requirements are met, and supporting the organization's vision and mission. This role requires a strong understanding of special needs and the developmental needs of children, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in program delivery and provide support as needed.
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Perform general housekeeping and classroom duties, including meal preparation and supervision of children.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum age requirement of 18 years or older due to licensing requirements.
  • CPR-C and Standard First Aid certification (training provided upon selection if required).
  • Basic knowledge of special needs and child development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
