Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Goodvibes Cannabis Inc. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure that the store is well-organized and merchandise is properly displayed
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including hiring and training
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle heavy loads
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
