Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Goodvibes Cannabis Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, track inventory levels, and provide insights to management to drive business growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
