Retail Store Manager

Viking Shell is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient store operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve merchandising.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
