Retail Store Manager

Mobil Gas Station Hamilton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
