Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business demands
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers to achieve sales targets
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
