Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized nursing care based on evidence-based guidelines and best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments, utilizing clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal client outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on health promotion strategies, disease management, and available community resources.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing relevant technology and equipment to support clinical practice.
Qualifications:
  • Active registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN.
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in a related healthcare setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Valid BC driver's license.
