Cleaner Supervisor
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at B.C Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and manage cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect sites regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective cleaning services while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist cleaners with their duties as needed and provide guidance on best practices and procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within cleaning or facilities maintenance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct cleaning staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to cleaning operations.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
