About the Role

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement safety management systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry associations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as environmental health, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a facility management or real estate services company.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
