Health and Safety Manager

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement safety management systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry associations.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- University degree in a relevant field, such as environmental health, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a facility management or real estate services company.
- Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
