Job Summary

Shared Health is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 desktop, mobile, and peripheral equipment support for assigned technologies within our enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktop and mobile hardware, as well as peripheral devices and endpoint management utilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in desktop support.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in enterprise information technology providing desktop support with a focus on hardware equipment support, endpoint management, and client operating system features.
  • A post-secondary diploma in an information technology related program from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated staff leadership capabilities and ability to work safely in a computerized office environment.
