Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure endpoint environment and providing Level 2 desktop, mobile, and peripheral equipment support for assigned technologies within the Manitoba health system enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a secure endpoint environment
  • Provide Level 2 desktop, mobile, and peripheral equipment support
  • Support assigned technologies within the Manitoba health system enterprise architecture
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience working in enterprise information technology providing desktop support
  • A post-secondary diploma in an information technology related program from an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Demonstrated staff leadership capabilities
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to work safely in a computerized office environment
  • Must have a valid Manitoba driver's license and use of a personal motor vehicle for regular travel within the province
