Job Description

Pizza Hut is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating various office activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role
  • This position involves arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate information flow within the team.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines.
  2. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  3. Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner.
  4. Process electronic enquiries and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  5. Maintain inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.
  6. Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  7. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
  8. Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
Working Arrangements
  • This is a permanent role, offering stability and opportunities for growth.
  • The work schedule is 35-40 hours per week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

The primary language spoken in this role is English.

Compensation

We are offering a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
