J and K Heating Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in sales and a strong understanding of strategic planning and organizational policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining strategic planning related to new product lines, establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and leading sales teams in various areas of responsibility. They will also be responsible for organizing regional and divisional sales operations, planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Lead sales teams in various areas of responsibility
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments

Requirements:
