Senior Finance Systems Manager

At Arc'teryx Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant - Finance to lead our finance functional team in delivering SAP S4 FI/CO solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and make a significant impact on our business.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in SAP Finance/Controlling Functional implementation and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in designing and deploying SAP solutions that meet our business needs. If you have a passion for finance, leadership skills, and a proven track record in implementing SAP solutions, we want to hear from you
About You:
- You hold a relevant university degree, certifications, or technical diploma.
- You have a professional accounting designation (CPA preferred).
- You possess 8+ years of SAP Finance/Controlling Functional experience, including configuration.
- You have 5+ years of Management experience leading a SAP Finance Functional team.
- You have 5+ years' experience in SAP S4 systems implementation and sustainment.
- You have thorough knowledge of General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Special Purpose Ledger (FI-SL), Cost element accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, SAP Digital Payment Add On (DPAO), SAP Customer Cloud Payment (CCP) among others.
- You have strong knowledge of integration between Finance and other functional modules, including Sales & Distributions, Materials Management, etc.
- You have strong knowledge of SAP reporting tools, including query, report writer, BI, and Fiori apps.
- You have experience working with Solution manager and SAP methodology.
- You are an excellent collaborator with strong communication skills.
- You are adaptable and forward-thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
