Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $97,032 - $121,294 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, the position is eligible for our Flexible Work Program, allowing staff to work remotely 1-4 days a week from locations within commuting distance.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Manager to lead the development of business and financial transformation plans. This role will identify opportunities for process improvement and drive strategic initiatives within Financial Services. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in process documentation, business process reviews, and re-engineering techniques, as well as expertise in SAP S4/HANA.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams in the application of business process and system improvement project and change management tools to solve complex organizational issues.
  • Providing project management oversight, facilitating team meetings, and ensuring timely decision-making to meet project timelines.
  • Partnering with relevant departments to deliver solutions that meet corporate-wide strategies and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a related bachelor's degree, extensive experience in process documentation and business process reviews, and training or experience in project management methodologies. They will also possess superior pragmatic research and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to think innovatively and solve complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A related bachelor's degree (e.g., Commerce, Business/Public Administration, Public Policy, or Economics).
  • Extensive experience in process documentation, business process reviews, and re-engineering techniques.
  • Possesses SAP S4/HANA Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area, specifically Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO).
  • Training or experience in project management methodologies preferably consistent with those provided by PMI (Project Management Institute).
