We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at H K GENERAL STORE AND MOVIE RENTAL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and requisition supplies
  • Coordinate special events, manage kitchen staff, and maintain inventory and records
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling, and supervise kitchen operations
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work under pressure
