Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as managing the kitchen staff and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Environment:

  • Restaurant
  • Urban area

Language: English

Hours: 40 hours per week

Work Term: Permanent
