Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at H K GENERAL STORE AND MOVIE RENTAL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's vision
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
