Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of the office, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory, and controlling budget and expenditures.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.

Work Environment

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
