The Mortgage Specialist role at BMO Financial Group involves cultivating, building, and managing relationships with a referral network to build a pipeline of new mortgage business and increase BMO's share of the home financing market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact referral and origination sources identified through national partnerships and local partnerships to discuss home financing solutions.
- Assist with implementing targeted marketing programs, promotions, and other initiatives.
- Search for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to position for individual sales and profitability goals.
