The Role

This Enterprise Sales Representative role is a unique opportunity to join our fast-paced sales team. As a key player in outbound sales, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, demonstrating the value of Shipday's delivery automation solutions, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

">
  • Determine how leads can benefit from leveraging Shipday's delivery automation solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Follow up with SDR-sourced leads and channel partners.
  • Create and review quotes and contracts.
  • Work closely with the customer success team for a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Meet and exceed financial goals.

Requirements

">
  • 2-3 years of experience in SMB tech software sales, preferably in hospitality tech, delivery logistics, or payment solutions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Restaurant operations experience and proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
