The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and establishing organizational objectives. They will also represent the company in negotiations and delegate authority to senior staff. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail. The work environment will be fast-paced, and the candidate will be expected to work under pressure with tight deadlines. The position is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work will be 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows. They will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as judgement and efficiency in interpersonal skills.
