About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at 2825621 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present dishes to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
