Estimated Salary
The successful candidate can expect an hourly rate of $45.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and caring LPN who is passionate about delivering personalized care to seniors. As a Travel Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to improve their quality of life. You will also administer medications, supervise care staff, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program, current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC, and current CPR and First Aid certification. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential. A background in Dementia care is preferred.
