Travel Caregiver for Long-Term Care Facility

We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide compassionate care to our elderly residents at a beautiful Assisted Living Facility in Duncan, BC.
Job SummaryThis is a casual opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $45.00.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for working with seniors, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About the RoleAs an LPN on our team, you will be responsible for:
- Performing assessments and developing personalized care plans for residents
- Administering medications and providing nursing care as needed
- SUPERVISING CARE STAFF TO ENSURE RESIDENT NEEDS ARE MET
You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in dementia care is an asset, but not required.
