Key Responsibilities- Release Scope Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of release scope to ensure alignment with technical governance requirements.
- Support Scope Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope changes, critical path, risk, and dependency tracking.
- Release Quality Test Coverage: Ensure comprehensive test coverage as part of technical assessment to support test coverage.
- Release Technical Reviews: Participate in technical reviews to ensure adherence to technical governance requirements.
- Release Planning: Provide feedback from scope reviews, technical reviews, and support tracking of actions from these meetings.
- Documentation: Document technical notes for each story against projects and domains.
- Daily SIT Release Execution: Track all technical critical path, risks, impacts, and dependencies.
- War Room Management: Manage war rooms for regression-related defects owned by Release and Quality teams.
- Review Deployment Plans: Review deployment plans and support drive-through meetings.
- Support Peer Review: Support peer review with Release Deployment Specialist of the runbook.
- Production Deployment: Support morning of release go-live (when required).
- Incident Management: Track, manage, and support incident discussions during warranty period where applicable.
- Process Improvements: Contribute to setting up a release technical governance regime and involve, support, contribute, and manage initiatives where release management team is owning or participating.
