Release Manager

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Release Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract in Calgary, AB.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate integrated BMA releases
- Plan and schedule integrated BMA changes in pre-production and production environments
- Apply and advocate BMA Release Management best practices
- Monitor and drive readiness of BMA teams for release deliverables
- Measure and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Responsible for release deployment practices and process
- Track release health during the release cycle
- Communicate all release activities
- Assess and review release impacts, risks, dependencies, and critical path
- Project management of IT projects and integrated applications
- Program or technical portfolio management of integrated IT projects and applications
- Software development life cycle and software test life cycle delivery and support experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices and associated tools
