Job Title: Food and Beverage Services Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Services Attendant to join our team at Tod Mountain Cafe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
