Job Title: Food and Beverage Services Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Services Attendant to join our team at Tod Mountain Cafe.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, and assisting with food preparation and serving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand.
  • Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas with food and supplies.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, and polish floors.
  • Collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food and beverage service environment.
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Reliability, team player, and positive attitude.
