Job Title: Food and Beverage Services Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Services Attendant to join our team at Tod Mountain Cafe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions
  • Restock supplies, including condiments, cleaning products, and paper goods
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
