Job Title: Food and Beverage Services Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Services Attendant to join our team at Tod Mountain Cafe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, following recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Restock supplies, maintain inventory, and perform light cleaning duties
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Reliability, teamwork, and positive attitude
