We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team at Ravensview, a private 75-bed mental health facility located in North Saanich, British Columbia.

As a Social Worker at Homewood Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including first responders, military personnel, veterans, executives, and professionals, to provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive client assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing client-centered treatment and recovery-oriented support
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless services and programs
  • Advocating for clients and promoting self-advocacy and client self-determination

Requirements for this role include:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • Registration with the College of Social Workers
  • Training and experience in CBT, CPT, and DBT
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective computer skills
  • Strong report writing skills with a high level of attention to detail
