Liquor Store Leadership Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our Liquor Division team at our Erin Ridge Liquor location. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team in a positive and engaging manner, ensuring a superior customer experience, and managing Team Member schedules for accurate payroll reconciliation and sufficient coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in a positive and engaging manner, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and ensure an excellent level of service for members and customers.
- Assist with the pricing and inventory management processes, marketing programs, and adherence to regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all HR, Operational, AGLC, Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Previous supervisory experience and a minimum of 1 year of liquor retail experience.
- Basic Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel) skills and previous merchandising knowledge.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs while receiving stock/product.
