Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet our high standards.
- Authorize return of merchandise and maintain a fair and transparent return policy.
- Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- English language proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
