Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are assigned to duties effectively and efficiently.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and arrange for training of staff, as well as authorize the return of merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a professional and timely manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
