Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and rotated to minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
