Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to maximize sales volumes and merchandising efforts.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
