About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station and convenience store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet business objectives.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
